Two individuals were hospitalized following a rollover crash on Madison's Beltline on Sunday evening. The accident occurred around 5:02 p.m. near Gammon Road, prompting a swift response from local police and firefighters.
According to Madison police, the driver lost control while attempting to merge, swerving to avoid another vehicle. This maneuver resulted in the vehicle striking a light pole before it rolled over.
Both occupants were transported to a nearby hospital for medical evaluation, though their current conditions have not been disclosed.
The incident caused temporary traffic interruptions, but crews have since cleared the scene, and all lanes are now open, allowing for normal traffic flow.
