MANCHESTER, N.H. — Traffic was heavily congested on Route 101 in the Auburn area Monday afternoon due to a crash involving a recycling truck.
According to witnesses, a large New England Recycling truck was found in the median. The incident caused significant backups in both directions of the highway.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but specific details regarding the number of vehicles involved and any injuries remain unconfirmed. By 6:40 p.m., the truck had been towed, and traffic began moving slowly again.
