MORRISTOWN — A two-vehicle collision on Route 287 South left one person Tuesday evening, according to authorities.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene near exit 35 around 6:15 p.m. on Oct. 10, following reports of the crash involving a sedan and an , as stated by Morristown Police.

Witnesses reported that both vehicles sustained significant damage. One individual was transported to Morristown Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, authorities confirmed.

Traffic was impacted with lane closures during the response and investigation, which lasted approximately two hours, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

Following the completion of the investigation, all lanes were reopened at around 8 p.m., authorities said.
