MADISON (WKOW) — A vehicle crashed into a residential building on Katherine Court Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Madison Fire Department, an SUV backed through the garage door of a two-story duplex. No injuries were reported by the driver or the occupants of the building.
The crash caused damage to a load-bearing wall, raising concerns about potential collapse. Emergency crews assessed the damage and worked to stabilize the structure.
The vehicle was towed from the scene, and residents were allowed to return home after repairs were completed to restore the building's integrity.
