WARWICK, R.I. (WJAR) — On Monday afternoon, a Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) bus was involved in a collision on Post Road.
According to Warwick Police, the bus was traveling north when a vehicle merging from Route 37 collided with it. The bus driver sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
Authorities reported that the other driver did not require medical attention. The crash is under investigation, and no violations have been issued at this time.
