DELAWARE COUNTY, Ohio — Authorities on April 15 charged a 50-year-old Columbus man in last week's fatal crash.

Authorities said he faces three counts of aggravated vehicular manslaughter connected to the Delaware County collision.

According to investigators, the man owns a trucking company and is its sole driver.

He had no significant criminal history and, while involved in a tractor-trailer crash a year ago, was not cited, authorities said.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the Ohio Department of Transportation and the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio's Motor Carrier Division are investigating.

Officials did not release roadway details, vehicle count, or victim information. The investigation is ongoing, authorities said.
