LEAWOOD, KS — A Honda Ridgeline truck veered off Interstate 435 on Wednesday afternoon, striking a crash cushion and a sign post.
The incident occurred at approximately 2:41 p.m. while the vehicle was traveling westbound. According to the KANSAS HIGHWAY PATROL, the driver sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene by emergency medical services.
Authorities reported that no other vehicles were involved in the crash. Traffic was briefly affected, but all lanes have since reopened. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
