MANCHESTER, NH – A Salem man was seriously injured in a rollover crash on Interstate 293 on Saturday afternoon.
The incident occurred at approximately 2:41 p.m. near mile marker 5.5 northbound, involving one vehicle that overturned. The 34-year-old driver was ejected through the sunroof during the crash, resulting in serious injuries.
According to the New Hampshire State Police, emergency responders from the Manchester Fire Department provided medical aid at the scene before transporting the man to a local hospital for treatment. His condition remains undisclosed.
As a result of the accident, the left lane of the highway was closed for over an hour while authorities conducted an investigation and cleared the wreckage. No other vehicles were involved, and no additional injuries were reported.
