LAPLACE, La. — All lanes are now open on I-10 Eastbound at the Bonnet Carre Spillway following an early morning crash.
The incident, reported at approximately 6:30 a.m., resulted in congestion extending five miles and delay times nearing one hour. The left lane was blocked near Mile Marker 217.
Authorities recommend drivers use Airline Highway (US-61) as an alternative route to avoid lingering delays.
