One person is dead following a collision between an electric bike and a dump truck on South Mammoth Road in Manchester on Wednesday afternoon.
According to authorities, the incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. The electric bike was traveling southbound when it collided with the dump truck, which was also heading in the same direction. Emergency responders arrived on the scene shortly after, but the cyclist, whose age has not been released, suffered fatal injuries.
The Manchester Police Department and the Fire Department responded, providing medical aid. The roadway was closed for several hours as an investigation took place. No charges have been filed, and the investigation remains ongoing.
