A mother is dead and a father is in critical condition following a crash Tuesday night at Selden Park and Newcastle Street in Brunswick.
According to authorities, the incident occurred around 8:15 p.m. when a minivan collided with a sedan. The mother, 35, was pronounced dead at the scene. The father, 36, sustained critical injuries and was transported to UF Health Hospital in Jacksonville for treatment.
