Eastbound I-275 in Northern Kentucky Reopens After Multi-Vehicle Crash

Eastbound Interstate 275 near Fort Mitchell, Kentucky, closed just before 9:30 a.m. Thursday after a four-vehicle crash and fuel spill.

According to Kenton County dispatchers, the eastbound lanes were shut down shortly before 9:30 a.m. due to the collision and resulting spill.

By 10:45 a.m., at least one lane had reopened and traffic was moving near the Madison Pike exit in Fort Mitchell, authorities said.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet said four vehicles were involved. Dispatchers reported multiple injuries; details on the number and severity were not immediately available.
