Delaware State Police identify Newark teenager killed in I-95 crash.

A on I-95 near Arden resulted in the death of 19-year-old Unique Williams of Newark around 9 p.m. on Feb. 20.

According to Delaware State Police, Williams was driving a Chrysler 200 southbound when her vehicle crossed the grass median, colliding with a Volvo truck-tractor pulling a trailer loaded with cars. The incident occurred south of Harvey Road.

Williams was from the vehicle and succumbed to her injuries at the hospital. Authorities noted she was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

The 34-year-old driver of the Volvo, a man from New York, was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
