Emergency responders are on the scene of a multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 45 North near Exit 22, reported at 1:15 p.m. today.
Authorities said three vehicles were involved in the collision, resulting in two confirmed injuries. One individual was transported to a local hospital in stable condition, while another declined medical attention.
The Texas Department of Transportation is currently directing traffic, with the northbound left lane closed for investigation and cleanup. Towing services have also responded to remove the vehicles.
