Fatal Crash Claims Life of 15-Year-Old in Durham

DURHAM, NC—A fatal crash occurred on Monday, October 2, 2023, at approximately 2:41 p.m. on Highway 70 East, resulting in the death of a 15-year-old boy.

Authorities reported that two vehicles were involved in the incident. The teenage victim was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. The other driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at the scene.
