YARMOUTH, Mass. —
A vehicle crashed into a home early Sunday morning on Highbank Road, near the intersection with Great Western Road.
Yarmouth Police reported that the incident occurred around 2:41 a.m. Witnesses indicated the car significantly damaged the front right corner of the residence.
The driver was airlifted to a Boston hospital with serious injuries but is now in stable condition, authorities said. The vehicle suffered major damage to the front passenger's side.
Residents inside the home were not injured during the crash. The Red Cross of Massachusetts is assisting the displaced residents.
