WESTMINSTER, Colo. — A driver was killed and another critically injured in a two-vehicle crash on US 36 early Sunday morning.

The incident occurred in the westbound lanes near the Sheridan Boulevard exit around 2:41 a.m., according to the Westminster Police Department. Authorities said both drivers sustained critical injuries and were transported to a local hospital, where one was later .
