The accident occurred around 1 p.m. at the intersection of Valencia Road and Country Club Road. Officials confirmed that a Genesis, driven by 22-year-old Christian Isaiah Randall, was alongside a Charger when it collided with a Camry. The impact split the Camry in half, killing the child, identified as Anna, who was properly secured in a seat.

Authorities said Randall and a 16-year-old boy are facing several charges, including second-degree murder and aggravated assault. The teenager's identity has not been released due to his status as a minor.
