OKLAHOMA CITY – The eastbound lanes of Interstate 40 reopened Thursday morning following a crash in southeast Oklahoma City.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation reported the incident occurred around 7 a.m. between Anderson Road and Interstate 240. All eastbound lanes were initially closed, causing significant delays, while westbound traffic was also affected.

Authorities have not confirmed the cause of the crash or reported any injuries. Emergency services responded to the scene, and the roadway is now fully operational. An investigation is ongoing.
