MERRIMACK, N.H. — Back River Road was closed Wednesday morning after a car collided with a utility pole.
The accident occurred near Brookfield Drive, causing the pole to snap in half. Authorities reported that the driver exited the vehicle without injuries.
Eversource is currently engaged in restoring power to affected customers. Motorists are being detoured around the scene as cleanup efforts continue. Further investigation into the crash is ongoing.
