Colorado Springs, CO. – At least two people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision on Tuesday afternoon in Colorado Springs.
According to the Colorado Springs Fire Department, the accident happened in the area of Powers Boulevard and Platte Avenue at around 12:25 p.m.
Multi-vehicle vehicles collided in unclear circumstances.
At least one person was trapped in the wreckage and had to be extricated before being transported to the hospital.
A second person was also hospitalized with serious injuries.
Two other people were evaluated at the scene and released.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
