GARDEN CITY, Idaho — A driver was cited for inattentive driving following a crash at a car dealership early Sunday morning, damaging multiple vehicles.
The incident occurred around 4:54 a.m. near West Chinden Boulevard and East 49th Street, when a white Ram 1500 pickup struck several parked vehicles at Advanced Auto Sales. Authorities reported that at least seven vehicles sustained damage, with visible wrecks including crushed panels.
Dylan Gross, the driver, was transported to a local hospital; however, no additional injuries were reported. Police have issued him a misdemeanor citation for inattentive driving.
Garden City Police Chief Cory Stambaugh emphasized the importance of focused driving, stating, “Inattentive driving can lead to serious injuries or death.” The investigation is ongoing, and no further details have been released regarding potential lane closures or towing operations.
