VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A man died early Monday morning in a single-vehicle crash on First Court Road, authorities said.
Police responded to the incident in the 4200 block of First Court Road at approximately 4:13 a.m. and discovered the driver deceased at the scene. Two passengers were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
First Court Road was closed between Greenwell Road and Shore Drive for several hours but has since reopened.
The Virginia Beach Police Department Traffic Safety Unit is investigating the crash.
