WEST BRADFORD TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A child was killed early Tuesday morning when two vehicles collided with a deer on Route 322.
The incident occurred around 7 a.m. in Chester County. According to Pennsylvania State Police, a car struck a deer, propelling it into the path of another vehicle. The deer landed on the windshield of the second car, injuring the child seated in the front.
Emergency responders transported the child to a local hospital, where they were pronounced dead. The first vehicle involved was not located but is believed to be a black Toyota Sienna with significant front-end damage.
Authorities are investigating the accident and seek witnesses to come forward with any information.
