MERRIMACK, NH — Two Massachusetts residents and two from New Hampshire suffered serious injuries in a rollover crash on the F.E. Everett Turnpike early Sunday morning, according to New Hampshire State Police.
The incident occurred around 1:27 a.m. when an 18-year-old female driver lost control of her vehicle and collided with another car, sending both off the roadway.
The four individuals involved—two from Nashua, NH, and two from Lowell, MA—are expected to survive their injuries, police said. The driver and passenger in the first vehicle are both 18 years old and from Nashua. The second vehicle was operated by a 44-year-old man from Lowell, MA, who had a 34-year-old woman from Boston as a passenger.
The crash remains under investigation, and it is unclear if any charges or citations will be issued in relation to the incident. Emergency services responded to the scene; however, details regarding tows and lane closures were not immediately available.
