Two Injured in Lakeville Motorcycle–SUV Collision
LAKEVILLE, Mass. — Two individuals sustained serious injuries in a collision between a motorcycle and an SUV on Monday evening.
The Lakeville Police Department responded to the scene on Route 18 at approximately 6:24 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered a Yamaha motorcycle had collided with a Honda CRV.
Both operators, a man on the motorcycle and a woman in the SUV, were reported to have serious injuries. They were subsequently transported to Morton Hospital for treatment.
No other passengers were in either vehicle at the time of the accident. Route 18 remains closed in both directions as authorities conduct their investigation.
