MERIDIAN — Lanes have reopened on westbound I-84 near Ten Mile Road following a crash Saturday afternoon.
According to the Idaho State Police, the collision involved a single vehicle, identified as a white Ford, which reportedly crashed into a barrier. The incident prompted a large emergency response, including Meridian Police and multiple fire units.
Authorities confirmed that the crash may have ignited a small brush fire adjacent to the freeway, but firefighters quickly extinguished the flames.
No injuries were reported, and an investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
