DENVER – Authorities are seeking public assistance in locating a truck driver involved in a hit-and-run that severely injured a pedestrian early Saturday morning.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) reported the incident occurred at approximately 1:48 a.m. at the intersection of 48th Avenue and Kalamath Street. The victim was struck by a 2003-2007 Chevrolet Silverado, which fled the scene.
The CBI issued a Medina Alert, providing a description of the vehicle as an early 2000s Chevrolet Silverado with a gray cab, black truck bed, blue tailgate, and mismatched wheels on the driver side. The license plate number remains unknown.
Authorities confirmed no additional details are available regarding the pedestrian's condition. Investigators are actively looking for information from the public.
