LANCASTER, PA – October 12, 2023 – A two-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 2:41 p.m. on Main Street, resulting in one vehicle crashing into a residential home.
According to authorities, the accident involved a sedan and an SUV. The impact caused significant damage to the home's exterior, but no structural collapse was reported. Emergency services, including the Lancaster Fire Department and EMS, responded to the scene.
Witnesses reported seeing both vehicles traveling southbound prior to the collision. The cause of the crash is currently under investigation by local authorities.
Three individuals sustained minor injuries and were treated at the scene by medical personnel. No fatalities have been reported.
Main Street was temporarily closed in both directions for approximately one hour as responders cleared the wreckage and conducted their investigation. Towing services removed the damaged vehicles from the site.
