Driver injured in alleged DWI crash dies, state police report.

MANCHESTER, N.H. — A driver critically injured in an alleged DWI crash has succumbed to their injuries, according to New Hampshire State Police.

Clayton Ezequelle, 53, passed away Thursday, two days post-incident.

Authorities reported that the crash occurred on Route 12-A around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday when Michael Martin III, 18, was allegedly and collided with Ezequelle's vehicle, which subsequently caught fire.

Both Martin and his passenger sustained serious injuries and were transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.

Martin now faces multiple charges, including felony aggravated DWI.

The investigation remains ongoing as authorities look into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
