LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Two individuals were transported to an area hospital with critical injuries following a crash on Iron Works Pike at the intersection with Georgetown Road on Friday.
According to Lexington Fire officials, the collision occurred around 4:30 p.m. and has caused significant traffic delays in the area. All lanes heading toward I-75 are currently shut down as emergency responders manage the scene.
