LAS VEGAS (KTNV) — A 50-year-old woman died Monday following a two-vehicle crash on South Eastern Avenue on August 18, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
The collision occurred around 1:16 p.m. in the east valley, near Pueblo Way. Authorities reported that the woman was traveling southbound when she failed to maintain her lane, crossing into oncoming traffic and colliding with another vehicle.
Police were informed on Wednesday that the woman died from her injuries two days prior. There were no indications of impairment for either driver involved. Her death marks the 84th traffic-related fatality of 2026.
The crash remains under investigation.
